When I visit an artist's social media page, oftentimes the first thing I will see are tour flyers and high-production lip-syncing videos, but when I visited BJRNCK’s Instagram page for the first time, I was stunned. What stood out wasn’t just glamorous, it felt like a connection meets storytelling. As I scrolled, I heard and saw the raw, uncut vocals of her song “Crazy,” just her and a piano. Her vocals are naturally so pleasing; she makes it look easy.

“These new songs brought a piece of me from my childhood and my old me, dropping old music that people actually love to hear,” said BJRNCK. “I know a lot of people are into auto-tuning, but when they hear the stripped down versions, it gives them a piece of me that isn’t so computerized and perfect.”
BJRNCK’s take on authenticity comes from her roots. Growing up in the church, her childhood love for live acoustics has been the center of her artistry since the very beginning, she felt soul and inspiration where she grew up. Now, she brings that same energy to her songs and lyrics. Incorporating every aspect of the project — from clothes, videos, styles, and aesthetics — to bring that vision to life.
